		<description>I have to say that it&#039;s not the right or wrong move.  Tech companies are making major overhauls in their executive rosters, because the industry is having to deal with shrinking demand.  I expect to see 1 out of every 4 companies related to technology out of business in the next 3 years.</description>

Maybe they are looking for a very clean slate and a really new front face. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I think that the MS email is laughable, though. At my former F100 employer, many employees left to pusrue other opportunities, but the new employer was never publicly acknowledged.  To me, this a major PR failure.</description>
