For years I was battling every month in order to get my monthly bill right, which was a real bther because they just kept putting me on hold! I switched to TracFone a couple of years ago and decided to go prepaid. Just recently I bought Straight Talk, which uses the verizon coverage network and all I have to say is Awesome!! For just $45 I have unlimited calls, unlimited text and unlimited web access. This is all pretty great - but what I like the most is their customer service. And they don't even need me since this is a prepaid phone - so, case in point, their customer service ranks among the highest because it genuinely is. It's no wonder AT&T got the low ratings.
