I had to replace a brand new 3rd party product that was defective out of the box (a screen protector), and I was *curtly* informed that I would have to register on the 3rd party website for a replacement and pay for shipping &amp; handling myself!

This is understandable for a warranty replacement but we&#039;re talking about a brand new product that was defective being returned the next day!  It looks like the iPhone cash cow has gone to their heads...  I&#039;m phasing out all my services out of AT&amp;T as soon as I&#039;m out of contract.</description>

		<description>AT&amp;T&#039;s only problem is they took a risky and aggressive Technical strategy of going with a WCDMA solution and deciding to offer it&#039;s 3G services voice/data to share the same link. While this an unique differentiation, it puts the power consumption of voice and data against itself, which in it&#039;s technical term is &quot;cell breathing&quot;. This is indicative in all CDMA based networks, however when you add the caveat of data hungry iPhone/smartphone users and the Family hungry voice plans, somethings got to give. 		<description>yep. I left att a few months ago when they could not provide me with a new iphone that worked.  I went through 4 of them in 30 days and had over 505 dropped calls. they could not seen to care. i&#039;m with verizon now.

I called up AT&amp;T call center and spoke to one of their Manila based Rep who was very difficult to understand. She informed me that my order is still in a pending status and she could not tell me the reason for the same too. Not a good experience !</description>

I recently had a very poor customer service service at an AT&amp;T store and a positive one at another, I was told I would receive an AT&amp;T customer service feedback email that I could submit my experience.  I finally received the customer service survey (I&#039;ve been waiting to receive and fill it out) and went to fill it out since I had much to say.  When I clicked the link it said it is no longer accepting customer service surveys.  If this is just a website error then I will just keep trying.  If AT&amp;T is refusing to accept customer service feedbacks then it is a discredit to AT&amp;T and I will ensure not to recommend AT&amp;T to my friends and family.  I&#039;m still waiting for their feedback.  The AT&amp;T website does not list a customer feedback contact information as AT&amp;T contracted the service to a third party who is not accepting my feedback.
