In government, when the president says, &quot;Do it!&quot; Half the people immediately refuse, just on &quot;principle&quot;. 

(Though I shudder to use the words government and principles in the same sentence.)</description>

		<description>I know it is the mantra that the Fiorina designed merger was so terrible. But I think that is very overblown, especially if you look at the post meger as HP is doing better than most PC companies, while Dell has fallen from the top to land way down the bottom.</description>
