You might say that one e-mail is just a guy talking off the top of his head. However, the same type of e-mails from various companies about how they are being shaken down by Intel constitutes corroborating evidence of a "course of conduct" by Intel. I am with the EC- they got it right. The fact that Intel says "there's nothing new here" sounds like an admission in itself that this is how they do business.
