There are a couple of iPhone developers who are on record saying Microsoft wanted to commission their app for Zune HD. And Microsoft has announced publicly that all Zune HD apps will be done that way, with a 3rd party making the app for Microsoft and Microsoft shipping it as their app. Are they confusing Microsoft and Palm?
