		<description>They say they&#039;ve improved customer service but I dropped Sprint just last month because of repeated bill issues that always took ages to resolve. CS calls to Sprint takes hours of your life away! 
I switched to prepaid with Tracfone and realized I now pay less for a better service and coverage. I think the Pre is not going to do anything for them unless they can sort out the basics first - price, network quality and customer service.</description>
