I think it was really bold of Palm to say the Pre will sync with iTunes with out even working with Apple on the subject. It is another case of ‘well they’re successful, how can we get part of their pie’. Now, I’m now law expert, but I do believe Palm is going about this the wrong and most likely illegal way. Especially after the USB-IF (USB Implementors Forum) disagreed with Palm’s complaint against Apple. Here’s the dispute.
