		<description>[...] This is really beginning to get annoying. I don&#8217;t believe Apple has put this many updates out for iTunes in such quick succession. I think it was really bold of Palm to say the Pre will sync with iTunes with out even working with Apple on the subject. It is another case of &#8216;well they&#8217;re successful, how can we get part of their pie&#8217;. Now, I&#8217;m now law expert, but I do believe Palm is going about this the wrong and most likely illegal way. Especially after the USB-IF (USB Implementors Forum) disagreed with Palm&#8217;s complaint against Apple. Here&#8217;s the dispute. Lynn Fox of Palm: “Palm believes that openness and interoperability offer better experiences for users by allowing them the freedom to use the content they own without interference across devices and services, so on behalf of consumers, we have notified the USB Implementers Forum of what we believe is improper use of the Vendor ID number by another member.” Digital Daily &#8211; Pal Pre Compatible with Apple iTunes Again [...]</description>
