the Web already has an OS, it’s made up of TCP/IP, HTML, XML, data.

I don’t need Google to try and own the Web any more than it does

I tried the Chrome browser when it first came out and it was a dud. Quickly uninstalled it

Well I guess if anyone would know that there is only one Windows it’s Ballmer.

After all he’s not just some clueless marketing type that his pal put in charge of the company or something.
