While I think Steve Jobs is one of the most important CEOs ever, I do not think he is irreplaceable. Tom Watson, Alfred Sloan, Henry Ford, Kiichiro Toyoda, Yataro Iwasaki, Gottlieb Daimler, Henri Nestlé, etc. DIED. Yet, their companies live. Whatever.
While I think Steve Jobs is one of the most important CEOs ever, I do not think he is irreplaceable.
