Performance and selection are important aspects, sure. They will fix them eventually. Nokia should know how many app-capable devices it has sold, and should have performed some stress testing though.

The biggest disaster, and one for which there is not a single acceptable excuse, is the design and usability of this entire joke. If this is all the worlds leading mobile maker can do… clunky and ugly… they better get some heads rollin’. Now. This should not have been released, not even as a closed beta program.
