In turn, that means that they can sell the phones at/or close to MSRP around $250-$300. They have cheap service and pricey phones. Thats how they and the phone maufactures make they're money. If cricKet can sell the Samsung Messager for $200 as well as it did, I'm sure Motorola will make out just fine.
