So someone call Nancy and have the SEC block it until IBM will promise US jobs. (unlike Chuck or Hillary who have done nothing for NY). Then call long time outsourced AT&T and JNJ and ask them if they would change their minds if they had a choice.

IBM promise savings with bait and switch talent. Call then out!

Why wait for the next Housing/Banking crisis to hit IT.
We are one ocean fiber cut from shutting down. Then we see the next perp walk to capital hill.
