		<description>While it&#039;s true that jailbreaking may continue regardless of legality findings; I still think this is an important legal issue. We should not criminalize tinkering with a product you buy. It is an important part of our culture, and these tinkers should not worry about being sued or being unable to share with each other. I think there is danger is turning a large number of citizens into &quot;criminals.&quot; Does anyone recall prohibition?

I strongly recommend Lessig&#039;s Free Culture book for an elegant and compelling explanation of why making tinkering illegal is so problematic. ( http://www.free-culture.cc/ )</description>
