I’m shopping for a netbook. I’d probably pay a bit more for an Apple version. iPhone and iPod screens are too small for me to be comfortable using as traveling companions for network access. I can’t help but think Apple is turning money down until they come out with something.

I own a new MacBook PRO 15″ and would still buy one of these just to have one. There is a huge market of people like me – and dont under estimate the numbers of students who have iMacs at home, but want a device like this for school.

yeah, you knew apple was going to enter this market sooner or later after he mentioned it on the conference call… I don’t know that they’ll announce it at macworld 2009 but they will most likely enter that market sooner or later.
