While I find Mac computers as sexy as can be and very compelling I have seen many Apple computers purchased by friends and family in the past two years keel over dead. Even with AppleCare getting service is troublesome and often involves a complete reinstall of one's life. Same with friends' IPhones and Ipods. They really need to pay more attention to quality and reliability.
