		<description>Right you are, Ben.  I also expected to find the reference to Adblock and nada.  It&#039;s all a red herring, I suspect.  The behavioral targeting is mostly done using web beacons that ad blockers don&#039;t block.  Then there&#039;s the cross-site scripting where data is shared between marketing partners.  Then there&#039;s the partner networks that send malware and key-loggers to unsuspecting customers computers.  

I encourage all to write to their congressmen asking them to support an &quot;opt-in&quot; ONLY policy for tracking Internet surfing.</description>
