		<description>Last year, I believe, Sprint merged with Nextel.  Apparently they attempted to merge their customer data bases, and, in the process moved my address from Texas to Missouri.  Six weeks later, they cut off my cell phone service, since I had not paid any of the bills they sent to Missouri.  If my  experience was typical, this may help to explain their problems.  

At any rate, it might make an interesting background story if you have the time to assess the magnitude of the problem.
