For those who have little faith "Team Barack" has Steve Westly in his corner. Yes, Steve Westly...that Mr. eBay to you folks out there. Steve Westly is a "bundler" for Obama and mostly likely came up with this "technology policy". Never mind that as State Controller Steve Westly could not fix one "tech" problem while State Controller. Hell he only ran for one term as Controller himself...anyway Go Obama...or just go.
