It was NOT a criminal case. 2. The key to the Howell case is that Howell had NO LEGAL REPRESENTATION. Of course there are going to be wrong decisions when there is no one there to point out to the judge what is wrong with what the plaintiffs are saying. Just a couple of clarifications.
