For months before my dad died he was working a problem with Dell. During his illness, many of us emailed, faxed, & called Dell to deal with the issue. We received repeated assurances that it was resolved. It wasn't. The week of my dad's funeral we received four calls from Dell credit. This appalling behavior convinced me never to buy from them again.
